Overview Coastal Network Corporate Services Manager - Health Manager Level 2 – NSW Health Employment Type : Permanent, Full TimeLocation : BegaPosition Classification : Health Manager Level 2Hours Per Week : 38Remuneration : $114,251.00 – $134,809.00 per annumApplications Close : Sunday 30 November 2025 Responsibilities Lead, manage and perform a range of non-clinical functions across the Southern NSW Local Health District. Support and enable clinical services to deliver high quality, person-centred care within budget demands. Plan in conjunction with supervisors and staff, build capacity through training, support staff and develop service initiatives. Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication, consultation and negotiation skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Leadership and management of multidisciplinary team/s. Planning, analytical, problem solving and report writing skills. Underpinned by NSW Health CORE values – proven success in creating a positive team culture through recognising individual strengths, effective change management, conflict resolution and team building. Understanding of processes to meet performance requirements and manage cost centre budgets including FTE. Current unrestricted driver’s licence and ability to drive/travel as required.
