This Grade 3 position is part‑time (0.6 FTE) and fixed‑term for two years, primarily based at the Cabrini Exercise & Wellness Centre, with travel to other Cabrini sites as required. As the Cancer Wellness Coordinator, you will oversee the development, delivery and evaluation of cancer wellness services. You will work closely with internal teams, oncologists, external partners, and consumers to ensure our programs are integrated, evidence‑based and responsive to patient needs. This role also includes providing clinical support, coordinating group education, overseeing supportive care screening, facilitating mind‑body programs, and offering individual consultations where appropriate. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate cancer wellness programs including supportive care screening, mind‑body programs, wig room operations and peer support activities. Build strong relationships with consumers and stakeholders to inform service planning and drive growth. Promote a collaborative, innovative and patient‑centred culture across all wellness initiatives. Conduct supportive care screening calls and provide consultations at Cabrini Exercise & Wellness Centre. Contribute to outpatient rehabilitation programs through group education and clinical expertise. About You You are an experienced allied health clinician with strong leadership capability and a passion for improving patient wellbeing. Experience in cancer care and working within multidisciplinary teams is essential. While social workers, occupational therapists and psychologists are strongly encouraged to apply, other allied health professionals with relevant cancer care experience will also be considered. Preferred days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (negotiable). You will have Relevant tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline AHPRA registration, or association eligibility for professions outside AHPRA Completion of or progress toward postgraduate study Experience in oncology and multidisciplinary environments Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Commitment to patient‑centred care and service improvement Please apply promptly as interviews may commence before the closing date.
