Part-time 0.4 FTE role, Maximum Term 12-months appointment Support the development of the cancer nursing workforce Part-time flexibility with hybrid working arrangements Generous NFP salary packaging benefits About the Opportunity As Program Coordinator, Cancer Nursing, you will provide essential operational and administrative coordination to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of education programs within our Cancer Nursing portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Program Manager and the wider Education team, you will ensure the smooth execution of programs, events, and educational activities, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include organising workshops and webinars, managing project documentation, facilitating stakeholder communications, and supporting procurement and budget tracking. Additionally, you will coordinate the review and maintenance of Cancer Nursing education resources on the CCE platform. Responsibilities Include: Program and administrative coordination Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative operational support for project and program activities. Track project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and assist in reporting and maintaining accurate project databases, including updating the Cancer Nursing CCE education hubs to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Support budget tracking, procurement, and contract administration processes. Coordinate internal/ external documents and communication, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions in a timely manner. Organise workshops, forums, and webinars, including logistics, communications, registrations, and materials. Support basic LMS administrative functions such as uploading materials and tracking learner engagement, ensuring new or revised resources meet quality and design standards. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for program monitoring and evaluation. About You You will have significant experience in complex program management with proven relationship-building experience. You will: Be experienced in providing administrative and coordination support, maintaining project documentation, schedules, and stakeholder databases within a professional or project-based environment, preferably within the health, research, or education sectors. Have organised events, workshops, or online webinars, including managing logistics and communications. Have demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders. Have familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online education platforms Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana, Zoom).
