You’ll be the go-to problem-solver who brings energy, empathy, and precision to every conversation — keeping our operations smooth and our customers smiling. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product enquiries, returns, and warranties. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused attitude with every interaction. Process online orders, monitor fulfilment, and ensure timely dispatch. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track and resolve delivery issues. Proactively update customers on order delays, stock issues, or changes. Collaborate with marketing on promotions, discount codes, and customer communication. Help manage product reviews and user-generated content to strengthen brand trust. Skills & Experience 2+ years’ experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with e-commerce or CRM systems (e.g. Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar). Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools or processes. Preferred Experience with product-based or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Familiarity with shipping, fulfilment, or returns workflows.
