Client Services Partner (CSP) Position within the IFS Global Services Presales function. Serves as key partner to the sales team, shaping customer outcomes, integrating services, and driving sales decisions. Responsibilities Work with sales and delivery teams to establish desired customer outcomes and design executable offerings across the customer lifecycle. Engage in customer requirements discovery workshops, pitch services aligned with objectives, qualify deals and set services sales strategy. Drive services content of bids, underpinning documentation, contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring proposals follow best practices and minimize risk. Report to the regional team with a focus on a defined geographic territory. Collaborate across multiple functions and locations to influence deals internally. Qualifications Essential 10+ years of experience in a customer‑facing and/or pre‑sales role (customer success, professional services, management consultancy, project management). Proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills. Thrives in a deadline‑driven environment, working across functions and geographic locations. Willing to travel regionally as required. Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and generative AI for data analysis and presentation. Desirable University degree or equivalent professional qualification relevant to the area. Experience with ERP, FSM or EAM applications. Experience in agile development methodology. Industry knowledge in one of IFS core industries. Proven experience in sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc). Additional Skills Experience with software implementation projects. Proficiency with Excel, Excel Macros (VBA), MS Project, SharePoint. Strong business aptitude and fast learner. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Financial analysis and accounting knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail, consistency and quality in written communications and presentations.
