Logistics Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team at Luv-a-Duck Pty Ltd in Port Melbourne, VIC. This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. As Logistics Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely distribution of our products to customers. What you’ll be doing Serve as the primary contact for internal and external logistics operations Book freight and coordinate with transport carriers Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues by contacting the involved parties Maintain accurate records and documentation Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify and implement improvements to support ongoing growth and development What you bring to the table A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight, logistics, or inventory coordination is required Excellent communication and interpretation skills Training on ERP systems, including NetSuite will be provided Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a proactive attitude Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues Australian work rights are required for this position.
