About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Officer to join our growing Operations team at CardioScan. In this role, you’ll support the end‑to‑end movement of our cardiac monitoring equipment and consumables—ensuring orders, stock, and shipments run smoothly across Australia and our global markets. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Biomed, Sales, Finance, and our external partners to deliver a seamless logistics experience that keeps our customers supported and our services running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transport and shipping activities, including preparing packing and supporting documentation. Manage customer orders from sales order entry through to shipping and invoicing. Maintain stock accuracy through daily monitoring and monthly stock counts. Keep customers and internal teams updated at every milestone throughout the order and delivery process. Process invoices, produce logistic reports, and maintain accurate records across ERP and logistics systems. About You You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and love keeping things moving. You enjoy problem‑solving, communicating clearly, and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver a smooth operational experience.
