About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our vehicle subscription services, working in a dynamic retail hub environment. You’ll guide customers through the full sales process — from enquiry to sign‑up — matching them with the right vehicle solution to help them succeed. This role suits someone who thrives on face‑to‑face interaction, enjoys hitting targets, and can stay calm and professional even in a busy, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle subscription solutions Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to final sign‑up Consistently achieve sales KPIs, conversion targets, and customer satisfaction goals Handle customer feedback and occasional conflict with professionalism and empathy Interact confidently with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus) Maintain product knowledge and ensure displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are current and engaging Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on growth and continuous improvement Your Profile 1–2+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven sales or retail environment Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys face‑to‑face customer interaction Able to manage multiple priorities without getting flustered Resilient and tactful when handling customer objections or emotional situations Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills High attention to detail and strong time management Full, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (essential) Availability to work weekends as required Additional language skills (especially Hindi or Arabic) highly regarded Competitive base salary + performance‑based bonuses Salary packaging with 15% employer contribution for Electric Vehicles Day off on your birthday Access to Employee Assistance Program Learning & Development opportunities with a dedicated training platform Be part of a collaborative, high‑growth business leading the move toward sustainable mobility Contact If you are interested, meet all the above criteria and available to start imminently then please apply & email your CV to: ***************@adecco.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
