The Role As a New Car Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience while achieving strong sales results. You will: Engage and build rapport with customers, guiding them through the purchase process Achieve and exceed monthly new car sales targets Present vehicles, demonstrate key features, and conduct test drives Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple leading brands Follow up leads and manage your customer pipeline effectively Work closely with management, finance, and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey Uphold showroom standards and ensure a professional presentation at all times What We’re Looking For Proven experience in automotive new car sales (mandatory) Strong sales skills with a consistent track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment Professionalism, reliability, and a strong team mindset Why Join Us?
