We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our energetic Volkswagen team. Your Responsibilities Build expert product knowledge across our wide range of quality vehicles. Understand customer needs and guide them confidently through the purchasing journey. Deliver a premium customer experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty. Proactively generate leads through enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and prospecting. Work collaboratively to achieve dealership sales, customer satisfaction, and delivery targets. What We’re Looking For Sales Experience – Automotive sales experience preferred, especially in used cars. Customer-Centric Mindset – You genuinely enjoy helping people find the right car. Strong Communication Skills – Confident, engaging, and professional. Well-Presented & Brand-Proud – You’ll represent Noble Volkswagen with confidence. Results-Driven – Motivated to achieve and exceed monthly targets.Valid NSW Driver’s Licence – Essential. Weekend Availability – Saturdays are an important part of the sales week.
