What You’ll Do Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team. Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests. Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as the top priority. Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team. Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Problem solve; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.
