Project Overview Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha, Western Australia, run by Woodside Energy. The new train will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum, with additional domestic gas infrastructure installed to increase capacity to ~225 Tj per day. Job Summary The Employee Relations Representative supports project employee relations activities, leads investigations, and resolves disputes. You will interpret Enterprise Agreements, enforce work rules, manage performance, and participate in investigations and negotiations. Major Responsibilities Research and develop statistical information on productivity, performance, and construction industry trends. Interpret and administer applicable Enterprise Agreements, Employment Contracts, and project work rules. Keep abreast of construction industry legislation and its impact on project delivery. Ensure workforce services activities conform to company and site policies and disseminate information. Monitor work practices daily, observe labor issues, and recommend actions to avoid stoppages and schedule delays. Participate in the implementation of corrective actions to prevent delays and implement process improvement programs. Support informal and formal grievance hearings in accordance with applicable agreements, internal policy, and procedures. Other duties as designated. Education and Experience Requirements Degree qualification and 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years in heavy industrial, construction, or mining industries. Required Knowledge and Skills Experience delivering employee or industrial relations, human resources, or similar functions including HSE legislation. Good analytical and strategic planning skills; able to prioritize, pivot, and respond to conflicting priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
