The Opportunity Every day looks a little different in exports, and that’s the best part. This role gives you the chance to work across a diverse range of export commodities, where you’ll quickly broaden your knowledge of the industry. You’ll be building solid relationships with carriers, agents, and suppliers, becoming a key point of contact in a fast-moving export network. You'll be backed by a knowledgeable and approachable team who are always willing to share what they know. With ongoing training and on-the-job learning, this is a role where you can sharpen your skills, gain valuable experience, and take real steps forward in your logistics career. Your Role Your average day will include the following: Coordinate the entire end to end Export Seafreight process Liaise with suppliers, carriers, transport and warehousing providers and overseas agencies Liaising with operational teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments, ensuring any service issues are actioned and resolved Accurate invoice generation Database management and administration End to end management of export documentation Raising RFP’s and liaising with DAWR to clear shipments What will we offer in return? Our Successful Candidate Will Have: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics Operations with experience in the Export Seafreight sector preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain or International Trade Cargowise experience will be highly regarded If you possess some of the attributes above, don't hesitate to submit an application today HOW TO APPLY All applications must include a resume and cover letter and can be sent to Please note: Applicants that we select to interview will be contacted within 2 weeks of receiving an application.
