About This Role Act as the primary contact for export customers. Coordinate the end‑to‑end export process, including order entry, invoicing, and export documentation. Ensure compliance with customs and quarantine regulations and documentation requirements. Liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Troubleshoot export‑related issues and implement effective solutions. Process and manage customer complaints promptly and professionally. Complete sample requests in compliance with international customs and quarantine requirements. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have Minimum 5 years’ experience in an export/shipping environment, ideally within the FMCG sector. Degree in Commerce, International Trade or a related field. Full Australian working rights – this role is not open to WHV or sponsorship. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and BSM desirable. Strong understanding of supply chain and operations. Proven experience with export documentation, especially Letters of Credit. Ability to work successfully across global markets. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Negotiation and influencing skills, with cultural intelligence and adaptability. Passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.
