An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Ethanol Export Coordinator to join a well‑established, fast‑moving advanced manufacturing business About our Client This is a respected, family‑owned Australian manufacturer with a long history of producing high‑quality, sustainable products. About the Opportunity In this role, you’ll coordinate international ethanol exports end‑to‑end—managing logistics, documentation, compliance, and communication with global customers. You’ll work closely with production, storage, freight partners, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, safe and timely shipment of bulk product. This is a 12‑month contract. In this role you will: Schedule and manage export shipments via road, rail and sea. Prepare and review all export documentation, including DG declarations and certificates. Ensure compliance with Australian and international export regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, port authorities and government agencies. Monitor inventory, forecast export volumes and coordinate with production teams. Communicate with international customers (Mandarin fluency essential). Maintain accurate records and reporting; support audits and continuous improvement. About You Experience in export coordination, logistics or supply chain. Fluent in Mandarin (essential for key customer communication). Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficient in export documentation systems and Microsoft Office; SAP experience ideal. Able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines. A proactive team player with a strong work ethic. Requirements Ability to complete a pre‑employment medical and police check. Eligible to work in Australia and complete required company/site inductions.
