Senior Project Officer, Integrity and Employee Relations

Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support the delivery, coordination and documentation of key departmental projects. This role will work across multiple internal teams and external entities to develop business processes, support policy development and drive project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans and phases Coordinate activities, resources and timelines to achieve project objectives Lead engagement, communication and liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders Develop and document business processes, policies, procedures and information-sharing agreements Undertake project planning, analysis and evaluation activities Prepare correspondence, policy responses, speeches, briefings and project documentation Provide secretariat and governance support to project committees Build and maintain positive stakeholder and client relationships About You Experience in project coordination, planning and stakeholder engagement Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to develop and document business processes, policies and procedural materials Excellent communication skills, including preparation of briefs and formal correspondence Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a complex environment This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful project outcomes while supporting cohesive, cross-department collaboration.
