Job Description Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for product selection and application. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments. The Successful Applicant A successful Inside Sales Engineer should have: A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field. Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from AUD $80,000 to $95,000 + super + Incentive.
