Felons is currently recruiting for a Pizza Chef to join the team who values quality, sustainability and collaboration. We offer homely, wholesome and uncomplicated dishes with locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. Key responsibilities include: Contribute to the construction and costing of menus with new culinary creations Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies Manage food costs in line with the budget, along with labour costs Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods Qualifications What we are looking for: Previous experience in a pizza kitchen or similar high-volume environment. Passion for pizza, hospitality, and teamwork. Reliability, good communication, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and stay calm during busy services.
