About the Opportunity We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven leader to spearhead the full relaunch of our hospitality venue. This is your chance to bring your unique culinary vision to Molly Rose, crafting a menu that elevates both your food and our innovative beer. You will lead and mentor a small team of chefs, creating a positive and efficient working environment. Beyond a fantastic and positive workplace, the right candidate will have the opportunity to lead our venue to new heights with a stake in the business (equity/profit share) , ensuring you benefit directly from your success. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who can demonstrate: Exceptional Leadership: Ability to lead a kitchen team in an efficient and professional manner, prioritizing team development and communication. Creative Pairing: A genuine interest in the synergy between food and drink, with a passion for developing unique beer and food pairings. Industry Experience: Proven experience in busy pubs, brewpubs, or similar high-volume hospitality establishments. Operational Excellence: Expert experience in managing costs (GP), stock control, ordering, and maintaining strict kitchen compliance (HACCP, OHS). Quality and Cleanliness: Unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness. Positive Culture: Ability to foster a highly positive working environment, collaborating effectively with both kitchen and Front-of-House (FOH) teams.
