Duty Store Manager – Fountain Gate ALDI Stores Australia – join a team that has been voted Employer of Choice for seven consecutive years. We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to run our store during evenings and weekends. About the Role As a Duty Store Manager you will lead from the front, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities Open and close the store, supervise shifts, and manage shift handovers. Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members. Assist in training, onboarding, and development of staff. Deliver outstanding customer service at the registers and throughout the store. Keep shelves stocked and the environment safe, spotting incidents or hazards. Maintain store standards, sales targets and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork. Ability to manage workload effectively, especially during peak periods. Professionalism, fairness and a sense of responsibility in all interactions. Shows initiative to improve work quality and efficiency. What We Offer Hourly rate of $33.87* plus shift allowances. 35‑hour per week contract.
