Duty Store Manager, Victoria - Expression of Interest Looking to step up into a leadership role as a Duty Store Manager at ALDI but can't seem to find an open position near you? In Victoria, our Dandenong Region stretches from Wonthaggi to Lakes Entrance and everything in between. Our Derrimut Region stretches from Portland to Swan Hill to Wodonga As a Duty Store Manager, you will develop and enhance your leadership skills while supporting the Store Management team in overseeing daily operations and achieving store targets. You will lead the team during shifts, ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the store, managing register operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. What do we need from you A proactive individual who looks to improves work quality and efficiency. Strong ability to communicate and foster teamwork with colleagues. A role model who demonstrates professionalism and fairness in all interactions. Efficient in managing workload, even under pressure. Always delivers polite and courteous service to customers.
