This isn’t your average fitness job — we’re looking for a confident, community-focused Club Manager ready to take ownership and lead our BRAND NEW Anytime Fitness Club in Greenvale . As part of the Jym Group , a high-performing franchise group within the Anytime Fitness network – you’ll have the support, mentorship, and systems of a larger team, but the autonomy to run your club, your way. Anytime Fitness is Australia’s largest and most welcoming gym network , with over 585 clubs and 720,000+ members. Jym Group is a passionate leadership team running multiple AF franchises and we’re growing fast. About You You’re not just into fitness, you’re into leading people, growing a business, and creating a thriving community. You bring: A natural ability to lead from the front with energy, warmth, and accountability You genuinely love helping people reach their goals with a passion for member experience You know how to sell and do it with authenticity Confidence in front of a camera for social content, member updates and team culture clips A desire to run a club as if it were your own, with the support of a proven leadership team In This Role, you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the club - sales, service, culture & performance Drive local marketing, community partnerships, and business growth Deliver next-level member experience and retention Create short video content to bring your club’s vibe to life on socials Inspire, coach and lead your team to hit their goals Take full pride in your club’s success - and own the outcomes We want your story, your energy, your leadership style & vision - on camera.
