I am looking to speak with experienced client side Project Directors as I am representing a boutique client-side project management consultancy based in Sydney, specializing in the construction of education projects. They are seeking a talented Project Director to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of education projects while being an integral part of a dynamic and innovative consultancy.

Position Overview

As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of some phenomenal projects in the education sector. You will work closely with our client and project teams, overseeing all aspects of project management, from initiation through to completion. Managing a team and overseeing the projects from the front end all the way through to completion. You will be dealing with key stakeholders on a day to day which is a major responsibility in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all phases of education construction projects.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients.Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Foster positive client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Director, preferably with a focus on education projects.Full lifecycle project experience.Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain strong client relationships.Experience managing a team and helping to develop their skills.What They Can Offer:A challenging and rewarding role with a reputable client-side consultancy.Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting education projects.Competitive compensation package and benefits.Professional development and growth opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
