This experience will enable you to shape critical business decisions and ensure effective project delivery.Your proficiency in robust program and project management showcases your attention to detail and strategic acumen, leading to successful outcomes. Additionally, your expertise in senior stakeholder management and leadership within cross-functional teams enhances your ability to navigate the complexities of project implementation.The Role:As the Project Director, for our Battery renewable energy project, you will be the driving force behind one of our most exciting and impactful renewable energy initiatives within New South Wales. Your primary responsibilities will include:Strategic leadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive project plan that aligns with our renewable energy goals.Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.Team managementLead a multidisciplinary team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of battery technologies.Stakeholder engagementServe as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, investors and community groups.Communicate project progress, challenges and successes effectively to all stakeholders.Technical oversightProvide expert guidance on the technical aspects of battery storage systems and grid integration.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.Financial managementManage the project budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.Risk managementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track.Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary to address emerging challenges.Innovation and improvementStay abreast of latest advancements in renewable energy technology and integrate innovative solutions into the project.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.This is a key role with a supportive and friendly team who are dedicated and focused on achieving growth and providing high quality service and deliverables.
