Role : SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll Consultant Must have: Minimum 5 years of SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll experience. Well versed with SAP core HR modules PA/OM, positive Time Management and Payroll (preferable Australia and NZ). Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculation rules) and schema modification in payroll and time management. At least 2 end‑to‑end implementation experience in SAP HR and payroll and Time Management. Hands‑on experience in defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP PA, OM, TM and Payroll implementation and configuration. SAP HR integration and workflow functional knowledge. Technical Skills & Experience: Nice to have basic debugging skills of SAP HR payroll objects and enterprise portal configuration. Soft Skills and experience: Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint etc. Good communication skills.
