About the Role Due to an internal movement, we currently have a vacancy in our Creative Team as an Integrated Designer . As an integral member of the design team, you will report to the Creative Services Lead and assist the team in developing best practice branded content that delivers on Milwaukee's core user first and last strategy. You will engage a holistic design approach to seamlessly adapt a design concept across existing and emerging digital platforms, in line with the brand and customer experience. It is required you provide a folio that reflects design and development experience in print media, digital display advertising, banners, eDM, and web content. You should have a high level of experience in the full Adobe suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/XD/After Effects), Figma and coding experience (HTML5, CSS) for digital display banners. Responsibilities Working with senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class concepts and designs that meet briefs, user needs and stakeholder expectations. Visualise and execute deliverables for omni-channel campaigns. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration, working closely within the design team to develop and deliver a strong concept framework. Work across the full project lifecycle from concept through to final delivery, providing digital and print solutions and support throughout. Create concept drawings, storyboards or other low‑resolution prototypes or mock‑ups to communicate concepts. Proofread all work to produce accurate and high‑quality output. Drive efficiencies by developing core templates for the team's adoption that build on our Design principles. Be the brand champion, ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines across all touch points. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of industry experience. The ability to understand the customer journey and apply design/creative input to influence customer behaviour. Experience with UX-rich content and landing pages design across web platforms. Sound understanding of digital web design principles and UX/UI trends. Highly motivated and committed to ensuring all work is completed in full and on time, and able to raise any concerns/delays well in advance of due dates. Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to manage and design numerous projects simultaneously, work under pressure and stay within the constraints of cost and time. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external). Ability to problem‑solve and contribute to productive and creative outcomes.
