Responsibilities Work with senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class concepts and designs that meet briefs, user needs and stakeholder expectations. Visualise and execute deliverables for omnichannel campaigns. Foster creativity, innovation and collaboration within the design team to develop and deliver a strong concept framework. Work across the full project lifecycle from concept to final delivery, providing digital and print solutions and support. Create concept drawings, storyboards or other low-res prototypes to communicate concepts. Proofread all work to ensure accuracy and high quality. Develop core templates to improve efficiencies in line with Design principles. Act as brand champion ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines across all touch points. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years industry experience. Ability to understand the customer journey and apply design input to influence behavior. Experience with UX-rich content and landing page design across web platforms. Strong understanding of digital web design principles and UX/UI trends. Highly motivated with the ability to complete work on time and communicate concerns early. Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under pressure and within cost/time constraints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Problem-solving skills that contribute to productive and creative outcomes. What you will bring Portfolio reflecting design and development experience in print media, digital display advertising, banners, email campaigns (eDM), and web content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and Figma; HTML5/CSS coding experience for digital banners is a plus.
