Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health. The Role: Our participant is a 5 year old boy with ASD, ADHD who requires support in his daily activities. The successful applicant requires to have previous experience with children with ASD and ADHD, fit and willing to attend trips to the park and beach. Available shifts: Tuesday 3:30 pm - 9 pm / sleepover Friday 3:30 pm - 9 pm / sleepover Rates: Day - $43.75 per hour Afternoon - $48.12 per hour Saturday - $61.25 per hour Sunday - $78.75 per hour .99c per KM for participant related travel Duties Assist with self care independance Assist with daily tasks and activities Skills and experiences Australian Driver Licence Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care Current National Police Clearance within 12 months Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card NDIS Worker Orientation Module NDIS Support Effective Communication Module Reliable, proactive and positive attitude Administer medication If you meet the above criteria and are interested in the role, hit the "Apply" button now.
