The Position This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover pregnancy leave Key Responsibilities Front line Office Administration / Reception duties Meet and greet guests and provide refreshments upon arrival Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the relevant departments Maintain the presentation of the office Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen supplies Document control, data entry, reporting, and filing Assist with lunch and coffee orders for Directors as required Collect company mail from the post office (twice weekly) Assist with general data entry duties as required, including: Accounts receivable / accounts payable Credit card reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assist with meeting preparation, including refreshments and setup Manage the company archiving system Custodian of diary management and compliance Ad-hoc administration duties Candidate Qualifications Outstanding telephone manner Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Strong Organisational Skills High attention to detail Ability to adapt to easily changing work commitments Ability to work as part of a team, but able to work independently Be proactive and use initiative Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
