Together we can do more. Overview An experienced Allied Health Assistant is sought to join the ITACS team, based at Port Kembla Hospital. The preferred applicant will have the opportunity to develop skills and experience across the breadth of Allied Health disciplines working within ITACS. You will join a large team of health professionals who work in the community delivering therapy to elderly clients in their home as part of their Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP). Responsibilities Support the interdisciplinary ITACS team in delivering person‑centred therapy to elderly clients in community settings. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, receive regular clinical supervision and contribute to professional development opportunities. Qualifications Essential requirements: Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role. Working With Children Check (WWCC). Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent work experience and willingness to work towards certification. Current NSW driver’s licence or equivalent. This is a temporarily funded position until 28 June 2026 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
