4impact is seeking multiple API Developers to design and implement integrations on a microservices‑based architecture. You will work in a hybrid environment, including a spacious Brisbane or Sydney office or a remote location of your choice – we encourage you to work where you feel your best. Please note there are three roles available. Experience Required 5+ years of API and microservices development using Java/Spring Boot on AWS 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud Experience designing and implementing integrations on microservices‑based architecture Experience using DevOps tools & frameworks for infrastructure as code (CI/CD) such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Experience with Spring Security Experience with systems integration, Spring Boot, APIs (SOAP, REST), API Management platform (Apigee), event streaming (Kafka) and containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker) Technical Skills Modern Java (at least version 17) Spring Boot (at least version 2) Spring Security Cloud technology AWS preferred Docker (building images, managing a Docker repository) Event Streaming (Apache Kafka) Messaging (ActiveMQ) SQL (Oracle RDBMS, Amazon RDS – Postgres) NoSQL (MongoDB, Mongo Atlas) Web services (RESTful, SOAP, HTTP) API Gateway (Apigee Edge or Apigee X) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting If that sounds like something you want to be a part of, then reach out for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
