The Opportunity We are seeking a Quality Controller to play a pivotal role in elevating our product and service quality from concept through to delivery. This hands‑on, and highly collaborative role will see you working closely with Operations teams and external customers to reduce issues and non‑conformance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products and processes consistently meet specification. Your ability to analyse data, lead investigations, solve problems, and build strong relationships will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Reduce NCRs (Non‑Conformity Reports) by analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing mitigation projects. Lead quality investigations and work with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues. Drive adherence across the organisation. Maintain and update the Quality Framework to align with industry standards, legislation, and process changes. Analyse customer interactions for compliance, service quality, customer experience, and excellence. Provide coaching insights and feedback to enhance frontline performance and customer experience. Perform regular audits of claims to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal processes. Manage complaint‑handling audits to support positive customer experiences and timely case progression. Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventative actions. Prepare and deliver monthly quality and compliance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of concern. What You Bring Proven experience working with quality systems in a manufacturing, operations, or similar environment. Strong problem‑solving capability with a methodical and solutions‑focused approach. Confidence engaging directly with customers on technical or quality‑related matters. Demonstrated experience interpreting and analysing NCR data. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships. A proactive mindset and passion for continually improving quality and customer outcomes. Why Join Koala Living?
