09th December, Engineering Trades Australia is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee an ongoing commercial apartment development in Southport, Gold Coast. This role involves managing a team of electricians and ensuring the smooth delivery of all electrical works across multiple levels of the project. About the Role You will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating trades and driving progress across 3 decks of electrical fitout work. The project includes conduit installation, rough‑ins and full fit‑off for a multi‑residential apartment build. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of electricians. Oversee electrical fit‑out works and ensure compliance. Manage daily workflow and progress reporting. Ensure site safety and maintain high standards. Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other trades. Monitor materials, resources and productivity. Lead a dedicated team on a high‑profile Gold Coast project. Requirements Proven commercial electrical fit‑out experience. QLD Electrical Licence. LVR/CPR certification. Current driver’s licence. Experience managing multi‑level project teams. Strong knowledge of conduits, rough‑ins and fit‑off. Understanding of WHS regulations. What’s On Offer Competitive salary package, allowances, company vehicle + fuel, stable hours : 6am‑3pm, Mon‑Fri.
