About the role Nuspace Homes is seeking an experienced Renovation Site Supervisor to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our residential renovation projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within set timelines. What you'll be doing Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including coordinating staff, trade contractors, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality control. Liaise with clients, showroom designers, and management to understand project requirements and communicate progress. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and workflow efficiency to ensure successful project delivery. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry, with a focus on residential renovations. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, tradespeople, and management. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications is a must. What We Offer: Monday to Friday work only.
