About the role As the People and Culture Systems Manager you will oversee the transactional team and conduct compliance checking ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of all systems and processes implemented and maintained within the scope of the People and Culture team. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy and providing key insights to support strategic decision‑making. Key responsibilities Westhaven Group Payroll and HR Processing System Management and Lead Reporting and Analysis Compliance Credentialing and Risk Identification Transactional Team Manager Essential requirements of the role A current NSW drivers licence. The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC). The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
