We’re seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to champion compliance, strengthen risk management, and ensure operational excellence across our hospitality brands. What You’ll Be Doing Lead auditing and compliance activities in venue to ensure adherence to hospitality industry regulations and legal requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor processes, systems, and standards across our business. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines effectively. Provide guidance and support to teams on compliance and operational best practices. Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of accountability. Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years in auditing and compliance within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements; proven ability to implement processes, systems, and standards. Data analysis capability, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks. High initiative, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills as part of a leadership team.
