Content Scheduling Coordinator

We’re looking for a Content Scheduling Coordinator & Venue Operator to join our Connected Stadiums team, helping deliver the screen and digital signage experience (IPTV network) across major stadiums in Melbourne, You’ll help schedule and operate content across the venue-wide screen network, including concourse displays, premium hospitality spaces, and major event modes for AFL matches, concerts and special events. This role sits at the intersection of content, live environments, and operational execution, with hands‑on involvement on event days. What You’ll Do Schedule, map and manage content across the stadium venue screen network (IPTV network) Operate live screen states during AFL matches, concerts and special events Conduct venue walkthroughs to ensure screens are functioning and content is mapped correctly Coordinate with venue operations and production crew to deliver seamless event presentation Maintain visual quality and messaging accuracy across all screen zones Support process improvements to the Connected Stadiums platform This Role Will Suit Someone Who Enjoys fast-paced live environments (events, broadcast, theatre tech, esports, AV, etc.) Has strong attention to detail and visual quality control Communicates clearly in time‑sensitive situations Learns new software and systems confidently Works well in a collaborative, calm, supportive team culture Due to the nature of live sports and events you must be open to working weekend / public holiday work aligned to major event schedules. What You Bring (We will train the right person – mindset matters most.) Experience in content coordination, scheduling, screen operations or similar workflow‑based environments Ability to manage multiple content versions, timing and delivery checkpoints Comfortable learning new tools and following structured event processes Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidenceExperience in Photoshop, Monday.com and Canvas is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in live event ops, AV tech, esports production or control room environments Exposure to IPTV or digital signage platforms (e.g., Wipro) Familiarity with stadium production rooms, CMS scheduling, or broadcast playout systems.
