Rehabilitation Consultant Company: APM WorkCare Location: Kotara, NSW APM WorkCare is dedicated to supporting individuals through workplace injury recovery. The Rehabilitation Consultant will guide clients, supporting them to rebuild confidence, regain independence, and return to meaningful work through personalised rehabilitation. Responsibilities Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching and return‑to‑work support. Conduct vocational assessments both in‑person and virtually. Create and maintain employer networks within New South Wales. Use award‑winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve excellent outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology. Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA. Experience in a similar role within the occupational rehabilitation sector (highly desirable). Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills; proactive stakeholder relationship management. Strong attention to detail, result‑focused approach, and organisational skills to manage competing priorities. Initiative and ability to work unsupervised. Research and data preparation skills for reporting purposes. Accurate and efficient following of administrative procedures. Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
