About the Opportunity We recruit for Rehabilitation Consultants across Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Exercise Physiology disciplines to join our growing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll support individuals recovering from injury, helping them return to work through a client-centered approach that prioritizes health and well-being. Your caseload will include Workers Compensation (NSW and ACT), Compulsory Third Party (CTP), and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. Rehabilitation Consultants play a vital role in our team, using their expertise in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science to assess function through Functional Capacity and Workplace Assessments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver evidence‑based recovery solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You bring excellent communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
