Role Details Full‑time, on‑site position Standard hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am–5:00 pm Location: Osborne Park Responsibilities Die setting and injection moulding machine setups. Perform quality checks on moulds before production begins and ensure products comply with quality standards. Respond to and minimise occurrences of faults and breakdowns. Maintain machines to minimise downtime. Inspect quality of products, diagnose and correct issues. Conduct start‑up and shut‑down of machines in line with procedures. Trial runs with new dies and equipment. Die changes and minimising changeover time. Optimise machine cycle times and reduce waste. Keep workspace clean and organised. Work closely with the Production Manager and Production Team to meet output targets. Qualifications Trade qualifications in injection moulding or polymer processing with die‑setting experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience post‑qualification. Strong mechanical and technical knowledge. Good problem‑solving skills, excellent eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
