General Manager, Marketing and Communications Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and its subsidiary Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) are seeking a General Manager of Marketing and Communications. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to General Practices in Australia, while QIP delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum. Responsibilities Provide marketing and communication services to support departments across the AGPAL Group of Companies to achieve objectives outlined in the strategic plans. Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans targeting clients and external stakeholders to support client retention and growth for key programs, as agreed with the Group Chief Executive Officer. Manage the AGPAL Group brands to increase each brand's awareness and perceived value ultimately building brand loyalty. Provide strategic guidance, support and mentoring to enable team members to achieve and meet their work and career goals and KPIs. Assist the Group Chief Executive Officer in exploring business opportunities by monitoring industry developments, utilising market research and liaising with key industry bodies and representatives. Represent the AGPAL Group at public forums and matters at a senior level. Knowledge and Skills Required Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Marketing and Communications role. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead execution of strategic marketing and communication plans. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial and human resources to achieve strategic and operational goals. Highly developed consultation and communication skills, including working collaboratively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and levels of seniority, canvassing a range of views and inspiring key stakeholders to work together toward shared objectives. Excellent understanding of modern digital marketing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Application Deadline Apply by 9 January 2026.
