About the Role MACG is searching for a strategic, innovative Marketing & Communications Manager ready to elevate our brand and strengthen our connection with the communities we serve. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance our reputation, support growth, and bring our vision to life. Reporting into the GM of Brand & Resident Experience, you will create and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies and campaigns for external and internal audiences. This includes understanding the critical role we play in residents’ lives, developing engaging content for multiple channels, supporting community outreach and engagement, organising events, and managing employee communication activities. Responsibilities Create and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies for external and internal audiences. Develop engaging content for multiple channels. Support community outreach and engagement initiatives. Organise and facilitate events. Manage employee communication activities. Elevate brand reputation and drive growth.
