What youll achieve As a Prehospital Solution Support Consultant (amPHI) you will be part of our highly successful clinical support team utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment. Working with an extended vastly skilled team you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will : Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage analysis and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation with ability to think logically and laterally as required. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth Provide expert advice both internally and externally pertaining to Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes Supporting our clients to deliver seamless patient care from emergency episode to hospital handover Take the next step towards your dream career At Dedalus Life flows through our software.
