The Role of Project Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record delivering new build commercial construction projects who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment. As a confident communicator and natural relationship builder, you’ll work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery that meets time, quality, budget, and safety expectations. Responsibilities Lead and manage new build commercial projects from inception through to completion Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Lead and mentor project teams, providing clear direction and professional development Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures Ensure full compliance with HSEQ requirements and company policies Oversee projects ranging from $1M to $20M across Education, Health, and State Government sectors Demonstrate alignment with our Blueprint values and commitment to ethical, inclusive practices Effectively use MS Project and the MS Office Suite for programming, reporting, and project administration Requirements Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline Minimum 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, including proven experience delivering new build projects valued $5M+ Experience within the Education, Health, or Government sectors is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of HSEQ standards and compliance processes Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively Benefits and Perks Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
