Rose Landscape Services – Campbellfield VIC Arboretum Farm – Campbellfield (with regular travel to Nathalia) Arboretum Farm is a specialised wholesale and trade nursery supplying high-quality exotic and native plants to commercial landscapers, trade buyers and nurseries across Australia. Based mainly at our Campbellfield office, you’ll support both sales and despatch operations while working closely with our Nathalia farm (approx. 90,000 m² of production space). This role offers a mix of office-based administration and hands‑on logistics. Core Responsibilities Despatch Coordination Schedule deliveries and prepare all transport paperwork. Track logistics and maintain delivery schedules. Receive and manage incoming and outgoing stock. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and occasional van pick‑ups or deliveries. Stock & Quality Management Maintain stock traceability, including tag creation and management. Conduct regular stocktakes. Assess quality of incoming stock and perform final outgoing quality checks before despatch. Process customer orders and prepare sales documentation (quotes, sales orders, etc.). Keep records up to date and prepare routine logistics reports. Maintain a clean, organised depot environment. Customer Service Communicate regularly with customers to confirm order details, delivery expectations and product specifications. Liaise with Sales and Farm Operations to ensure smooth order flow. Experience in a logistics‑based role. Ability to work in all weather and perform manual tasks (lifting up to 20kg). Current, unencumbered driver’s licence. Ability to travel to Nathalia approximately once a week. Highly Regarded Experience in sales, customer service or administrative roles. Experience in wholesale nursery, supply‑chain or manufacturing industries. Current forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
