Supply Chain Coordinator The Supply Chain Coordinator manages the flow of Sunnylife and Coconut Grove product through the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. Key Responsibilities Work with our Production team, warehouses and 3PL partners, and external suppliers to coordinate the timely receipt of purchases into our warehouses and other destinations. Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays or discrepancies with logistics partners. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and finance) to align purchasing activities with business objectives. Ensure stock is correctly allocated and orders are fully committed. Manage order issues (oversold items, delays, “trouble orders”). Process EDI orders. Work closely with warehouses to ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatch. Document customer‑specific requirements for the warehouse. Ensure 3PLs meet Sunnylife’s operational standards and priorities. Additional Duties Handle customer service tasks—calls, credits, returns. Support account managers with order preparation or special account requirements. Assist with e‑commerce fulfillment reporting. Support inventory accuracy checks. Review, log, and book inbound and outbound freight invoices. Participate in budgeting for warehouse operations. Suggest new operational strategies or partners. Complete special projects as required. Qualifications and Experience Solid understanding of supply chain processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Global wholesale experience, particularly USA and Europe. Experience with EDI. 3–5 years working with 3PL warehousing operations. Strong time management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and experience solving problems with data. Collaborative team player; able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
