I am partnering with a global FMCG Company on a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator position, supporting the Supply Chain function along with the Sales & Marketing teams. You will help execute supply plans with the factories, work closely with global supply teams, and ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics across major retailers. Responsibilities Coordinate all international inbound shipments into Australia, working closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL partners, while managing documentation, stock receiving and invoice processing Support supply planning by processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, managing transfers, forecasting and assisting with S&OP alongside the Operations Manager and Demand Planner Maintain accurate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, manage master data updates and elevate any inbound shortages or claims Oversee local freight administration by working with freight brokers and 3PL teams to ensure cost‑effective, timely deliveries and accurate weekly invoice checks Provide daily stock and inbound inventory updates to the wider MGA team, flagging delays or issues and supporting decision‑making Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, offering responsive customer service and problem‑solving support Use strong Excel, ERP (D365) and retailer system skills to analyse data, prepare reports and support operational efficiency Contribute as a proactive team player with excellent organisation, communication, and the ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines About you Intermediate to advanced excel skills Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of ERP Systems Ability to collaborate and maintain relationships Customer orientated with strong problem‑solving mind set A team player with high level of dedication Computer literacy, including Excel (excellent skills required), Word, Outlook and Powerpoint If you’re looking to take the next step in your supply chain career and want to join a supportive, fast‑paced business with global reach, we would love to hear from you.
