Working closely with your Head of VFWC Operations and RSLQ teams, you'll manage the VFWC to ensure customer service and facilities provided to veterans and their families remain at the highest of standards. Key Accountabilities include (though not limited to): Ensuring timely advice, messages, and business continuity information is maintained and disseminated across the centre Ensuring that supporting external services (welfare, accommodation, employment, and advocacy) are coordinated and linked to VFWC clients effectively Managing support requests and referrals across the teams and respond to inbound client requests Preparing and implementing the operational plan in the assigned location in line with the Department strategy Participating in initiatives designed to enhance the brand and increase the VFWC public profile within your community Lead achievement of financial management targets as set by Executive and Senior Leadership, and more...
