About the Role As the Club Manager for Snap Fitness Everton Park, you’ll take the lead as the welcoming face of our well‑established club, proudly serving the community for over 15 years. Recently renovated, our club now features expanded spaces, brand‑new Technogym equipment, brand new upgraded bathrooms, a designated wellness space with compression boots and the added luxury of an Infrared Sauna. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional results, fostering community, and creating an outstanding member experience. From day one, you’ll foster a strong community, and ensure every member feels valued, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for a driven and personable individual with a passion for both sales and member engagement. Responsibilities Community and Engagement : Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere where members feel at home. Lead by example, whether through social media interactions, member onboarding, or wellness check‑ins. Sales and Growth : Drive lead generation, membership growth, and retention strategies. Your sales expertise will be essential in growing our club's success. Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of personal trainers to deliver top‑notch member experiences and hit club targets. Facility and Wellness Management : Oversee daily club operations. What We Offer Opportunity : Competitive bonus structure on top of base wage, designed around growth goals for the club and member retention, with the potential to earn up to $18,000 per annum. Core Club Hours : Monday to Thursday 9am – 6.30pm, Friday 9am – 1pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm (alternating Fri/Sat). Modernised Facilities : Work in a newly renovated club with state‑of‑the‑art amenities. Additional income opportunity : Managers can provide personal training sessions to members outside core rostered hours at no rent charge, encouraging practice and engagement. What We’re Looking For A high‑energy, self‑motivated fitness professional with a proven track record in sales and community building. Social media savvy and comfortable in front of the camera, creating content, engaging online, and promoting our club. Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
