Jetts Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead our Jetts Fitness gym in the vibrant suburb of Truganina, Victoria. As the Jetts Fitness Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, staff management, and strategic development of our brand new fitness centre. This is a full-time position based in our Truganina location. What you'll be doing Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including staff scheduling, member engagement, and facility management Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, customer retention, and revenue generation Foster a positive and motivating work culture, providing leadership, training, and support to the gym's team of Personal Trainers and Customer Service Representatives Ensure the gym maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and execute on opportunities for growth and continuous improvement Manage the gym's budget, effectively allocating resources to optimise profitability and member satisfaction What we're looking for Experience in a Fitness Club Manager or similar leadership role within the sport and recreation industry Proven track record of driving membership growth, revenue, and operational excellence in a fitness club environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and data-driven decision making Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer service Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sports Management. Minimum cert III in Fitness. Current First Aid and current CPR Certificates. Police check and working with Children check.
